Create administrator account by booting pendrive

First of all you have to boot from bootable pendrive
1. When u see the install screen , press shift f10 together
2.then type following commands one by one
C:(windows drive)
Cd windows
Cd system32
Copy cmd.exe cmd2.exe
Ren utilman.exe utilman.old
Ren cmd2.exe utilman.exe
Exit
3.Restart the system
4. Press ease of access button when u see login screen
5. In the command screen, type
net user administrator /active:yes
6. Restart system
7. Login through administrator user
8. Create user you want from control panel
