ms word or excel or other office products are not opening

If ms office product is not working then, you must be experiencing a small virus named WinSeven.

to delete this first you need to end it . for this
first step: open task manager by right click on taskbar or press windows + r , then type taskmgr and click ok
second step: on process tab, chose WinSeven.exe and end the task
third step: on windows + r, type %appdata%
fourth step: double click on microsoft
fifth step: double click on windows
sixth step: double click on start menu
seventh step: double click on programs
eighth step: double click on startup
ninth step: delete all items
tenth step: open c drive on my computer
eleventh step: delete WinSeven folder


You are free to open the microsoft office now....
